Oktoberfest Party Potatoes with Beer Cheese Dip

A special occasion calls for a special recipe!

Prep Time: 10 min | Cook Time: 25 min | Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:

Party Potato Ingredients:

  • 1 bag Old Oak Farms® Party Potatoes, washed and halved or quartered lengthwise
  • ¼ c. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ½ tsp. pepper

Oktoberfest Beer Cheese Dip Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz. cream cheese
  • 4 oz. beer (use a good beer)
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • ½ tsp. crushed red pepper
  • ¼ tsp. liquid smoke
  • ½ tsp. pepper

Directions:

Party Potatoes:
Preheat oven to 425-degrees. Toss Party Potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper. Roast or grill at 425-degrees for 25 minutes.

Oktoberfest Beer Cheese Dip:
Add cheddar cheese, cream cheese and beer to saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until the cheese is melted and blended. Stir in salt, garlic powder, red pepper, liquid smoke and pepper. Cook and stir over low heat for 5 minutes until mixture is completely smooth. Serve warm alongside cooked Party Potatoes.
